This eye catching 3 year old was a recent Monart addition to our crew of young horses, purchased by Davina as a quality prospect to produce next year. Spud is very traditionally bred, 7/8th thoroughbred by the prolific TB stallion Rosier; his good conformation with plenty of bone for such a blood horse make him a very attractive sort quite hard to find these days. He has the most beautiful head and kind eye, Spud is a quick learner and clearly eager to please which certainly is a helpful trait. Spud has taken to eventing like a duck to water and with a fantastic jump, he is one to watch going forward, a true old fashioned event type.
