Another fantastic horse sourced by Annie Dalton, ISH beautifully bred out of a successful flat bred thoroughbred mare by rising jumping star Quantino. This horse is an out and out athlete, a quality model with fantastic paces and an incredible jump. Slightly introvert as a character with quite sharp and flighty natural instincts, Jodie has a particular soft spot for this boy who reminds her of a younger Cracker... and so it was a very obvious choice for Nicky Coates to come on board last season as joint owner, following his retirement.

As a 6 year old, Sharky went from strength to strength, stepping up to novice with a number of double clears including effortless runs at both Burgham and Cornbury CCI2*. He very sadly picked up a minor injury after a freak accident at home missing out on his 7 year old competitive year. However, having grown to well over 17h maybe the additional time is exactly what he needed; this is a horse Jodie is particularly excited about as she believes he has all the makings of a world class horse for the future and patience is always at the heart of that success. The proof is in the pudding and Sharky climbed the grades effortlessly this year with Jodie's good friend Mike jackson whilst she was out of action pregnant, resulting in a number of top placings up to CCI3* level with some Intermediate wins too!
